Once you’ve finished recording, your video will be saved to your Photos app. You can find it by opening the Photos app and looking for the video in the Recents album. From there, you can edit and share your recording as you would with any other video.

Tips for recording

Here are some additional tips to keep in mind when recording your iPhone’s screen:

  • Make sure you have enough storage space on your iPhone to save the recording.
  • Avoid recording sensitive information, such as passwords or personal details.
  • If you’re recording gameplay, make sure to turn off notifications so they don’t appear in your recording.
  • Consider using an external microphone for better audio quality.
  • If you’re recording for a tutorial, plan out what you want to say and do beforehand to make the recording smoother.
